The GP Talent Placement

Introductions to New Zealand practices. You pay only if you appoint.

Hiring from overseas is slow when it is done badly.
Council status is unclear. A CV arrives before anyone has agreed what the introduction is worth. Visa timing is treated as a promise. The practice spends a week on a person they were never going to appoint.

The GP Talent Placement is the other way around.

I am Dr David Moeller. I practice as a GP. I came to New Zealand as an international medical graduate myself.
New Zealand Immigration Concepts supplies the clinicians. I find the employer.
My job is to put a real person in front of a practice that will actually appoint — and to keep the name off your desk until you have said you want it.

Why practices deal with me

I am not a distant agency desk. I see patients and I know what a wasted introduction costs a practice on a Tuesday.

Who I introduce

Internationally trained clinicians. Nurses, doctors, and other health professionals. Some are already on the New Zealand register, which means you are usually not starting the Council process from scratch. Some are not, and I will say so before you see a name.

How an introduction works

First I send a short note. One line on the fit. The fee. No name. No CV. No registration number.

If you want to go further, I send one-page terms.

When you agree in writing, I send the profile.

That sequence is deliberate. It stops a file circulating around a practice before anyone has accepted the terms. It also means you are not asked to read a life story in order to find out what you would pay.

If it is not useful, say so. I will not follow with the CV anyway.

Fee

7% of first-year cash package + GST.

No retainer.
Nothing payable unless they start with you.
Package means base salary plus guaranteed allowances only — not KiwiSaver, not a discretionary bonus, not a CPD budget.

Terms include a 12-month introduction window, no replacement / rebate if they leave early for resignation or performance. I send that page when you ask. I do not put the person on it.
